Bridge+More – How to test the Bridge+More dealer 

  • The Bridge+More Dealer can be tested with a number of tests mentioned below
  • The test are all found in the Dealer menu – click at these texts (illustration – your details will be different)
  • After you have selected the relevant test the dealer will show – when ready – “I’m ready”
  • In general – if Info Code 97 or 99 or no Info Codes or remarks – test isfinished – ready for further instructions, tests or to deal cards

Bridge+More Test – Card Gap – How to test the Card Gap on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Before start please select any 3 cards for the test.
  • First please insert one card and wait for Info Code 99.

When dealer shows info Code 99, please insert 2 cards and wait for results.

Notice: Please use clean cards with no bends or damages

Result of test:

  • Error 98 – user inserted only one card or maybe dealer has a gap issue. Please try again maybe use 3 different cards.
  • Error 47 – dealer detected issues with a gap. Please contact us
  • Code 97 or no information – no remarks or issues.

Bridge+More Test – Light Filter Test – How to test the Light Filter on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Before start of the test please find all Aces in a deck of cards and sort as follows
    • Ace of Spades
    • Ace of Clubs
    • Ace of Hearts
    • Ace of Diamonds
  • Please insert the four aces in the mentioned order
  • Dealer will then read the four cards

Notice: Please use clean cards and make sure there is no dirt in the 6 UV reader holes

Result of test:

  • Info Code 97  – No remarks or issues – and all 4 cards should be ejected from N
  • Info Code 49 – Remarks or issues found. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – UV LED Test – How to test UV LED’s on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Please insert the one card
  • Dealer will then read the card

Notice: Please use clean cards and make sure there is no dirt in the 6 UV reader holes

Result of test:

  • Info Code 97  – No remarks or issues
  • Info Code 48 – Remarks or issues found. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – Stepper Engine Test – How to test Stepper Engine on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Dealer will be turning core 20 times.
  • No cards are to be inserted

Result of test:

  • If No remarks or issues all is fine
  • Info Code 88 – simply ignore
  • Other Info Code than 88 – Remarks or issues found. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – Stepper Engine Wear Test – How to test stepper engine for wear on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Dealer turns core from N to S
  • During the turn dealer detects state of stepper engine and wheel bearings.
  • No cards are to be inserted

Result of test:

  • If No remarks or issues all is fine
  • Info Code 45 – Remarks or issues found. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – Card Eject Test – How to test the Card Eject mechanism on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Dealer twill be doing card ejects 5 times
  • During the test dealer detects state of the eject mechanism and other relevant moving parts.
  • No cards are to be inserted

Result of test:

  • If no remarks or no issues all is fine
  • Info Code 75 – Remarks or issues found. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – Card Push & Pull Test – How to test Card Push mechanism & Pull mechanism on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Dealer twill be running push & pull mechanism for 5 times
  • During the test dealer detects state of engines and test the card push mechanism and other moving parts.
  • No cards are to be inserted

Result of test:

  • If no remarks or no issues all is fine
  • Info Code 44 – Remarks or issues found. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – Card Sensor Test – 

How to test the Card Sensor on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Please insert one card
  • Dealer will then read the card

Notice: Please use clean cards and make sure there is no dirt in the 6 UV reader holes

Result of test:

  • Info Code 97 or no remarks – then no remarks or no issues
  • Info Code 46 – Remarks or issues found with sensor number 7. Please contact us
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – Card Eject Test – How to test the Card Eject ports on the Bridge+More Dealer 

  • Please insert the 8 or more cards
  • Dealer will then read the cards

Notice: Please use clean cards and make sure there is no dirt in the 6 UV reader holes

Result of test:

  • Info Code 04 or no other Info Code – then no remarks or no issues
  • Info Code 01 or 02 or 03 – Remarks or issues found with specific port. Please contact us
  • Notice – when you take the cards the number shown will change – the change of does not indicate any issues.
  • Notice – calibration are not required in advance of this test

Bridge+More Test – How to Test the Battery on the Bridge+More Dealer

  • Please make sure the dealer is empty before starting the test.

  • The test measures battery charge and discharge during the process.

The test result will be displayed on the tablet with a simple recommendation. More detailed information is recorded in our log system.

Please contact us after completing the test, and provide the dealer number along with the date and time of the test.
