Information codes and errors code:

The term “Information code” is a broad term for information codes shown on the dealer (and repeated on the tablet / web site) when you need to take action, and when the players needs to do something -for example to take the cards.

The term “Error code” is a broad term for error codes shown on the dealer (and repeated on the tablet / web site) when you need to take action, when the players needs to do something – and also if you experience software and mechanical issues – which are often easy to handle – and also for those issues which are not easy to handle and require our support.

You can differentiate between an Information Code and an Error code

An Information code is when

  • Only 99, 98 or 97
  • Error (red) not blinking on the dealer
  • On the tablet and server we use the word Info

An Error code is when

  • Error blinking red on the dealer
  • On the tablet and server we use the word Error

Below you can find our error codes:

Please remember that the number of eventual card read errors is related to how the cards are inserted – Please always remember to insert the cards with the narrow (short) end first  – see more here about proper card handling.

Please notice that in almost every error situation it is very easy to handle the error – take the cards out, close the lid and wait for Info 99 and then insert the cards again – see more here.
